Counselling Services

Counselling can be a wonderful experience and give you the opportunity to be open and honest in a safe and non judgemental space. However, I also understand that making that step to try counselling can be scary and daunting.

I will offer you this safe space so that you feel able to talk about what is on your mind, whether that be past, present or future difficulties or concerns.

I appreciate it is a big and often complicated decision to make so I offer a free of charge 20 minute chat on the telephone so we can get to know each other a little bit. It gives you a chance to see whether I might be the right counsellor for you and for me to find out a little more about how things are for you at the moment.

After this chat, and you feel it is the the right thing, we can then look at organising a time and date for an in person session in my offices which are based in either Kenilworth or Coventry.

Counselling sessions cost £50 for 1 hour.
